Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within a standard processing window, though timing may vary based on order volume and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times depend on your location, the shipping method chosen at checkout, and carrier performance. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some products require special handling. When necessary, we use insulated packaging or ice packs and may adjust shipping schedules to prevent delays. Customers should refrigerate or freeze perishable items immediately upon delivery.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time. Larger orders may take longer to prepare, package, and coordinate for shipment. We will contact you if additional time is needed.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Certain items may have shipping restrictions depending on state regulations or carrier limitations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please verify your shipping information before placing your order. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
